Gently remove the muslin, and you have a block of tofu.

Home made tofu


Soya beans soaked with 4 times their dry weight in unchlorinated water (bear in mind that 1l of water weighs 1kg)

2 times the dry weight of the beans in unchlorinated water, to boil them in

15% the dry weight of the beans in lemon juice

For example:

500g Soya beans soaked in 2l water

1l water to boil them in

75ml lemon juice
